English Farm House Cheese
Sussex Farmhouse (East Sussex) – pasteurised cow’s milk.
A semi hard, rich & nutty farmhouse cheddar. Matured for 7 months to give it a rich, buttery strong eathy flavour.
Waterloo (Riseley, Berkshire) –un- pasteurised cow’s milk.
A semi soft, creamy cheese similar to Brie. Matured between 4 & 10 weeks using the milk of Guernsey cows. Made by Anne & Andy Wigmore.
This cheese is developed by Alex James of “Blur” fame. It has a spicy, steely & sweet flavour.
